By uploading content, you grant TripRodeo a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it on our platform without attribution requirements.

Suppliers must possess full ownership rights for all submitted materials. Unauthorized content will be promptly removed, and repeated violations will result in account suspension. TripRodeo reserves the right to act on verified copyright claims by the rightful owners.

2.4 Accurate Representation of Experiences

All media and descriptions must accurately represent the advertised experience. Misleading content may lead to removal of listings, and repeated offenses can result in permanent suspension.

2.5 Liability for Copyright Infringement

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring the originality and legality of their uploaded content. In verified infringement cases, TripRodeo will remove the content and may suspend the supplier’s account.
