TripRodeo Cancellation, Reschedule & Refund Policy
At TripRodeo, we are committed to providing a seamless booking experience for our customers. However, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review the following policies on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 How to Cancel
To cancel a reservation, please send a written request to bookings@triprodeo.com with your booking reference number and reservation details. Cancellations will be processed only after we receive written confirmation from you.
1.2 Cancellation Charges
Upon cancellation, a minimum charge of 3% of the total booking amount will be deducted to cover payment gateway and transaction fees, irrespective of the cancellation date.
Additional Cancellation Fees:
- 15 Days or More Before Check-In: 30% of the booking amount.
- 7 to 14 Days Before Check-In: 50% of the booking amount.
- 2 to 6 Days Before Check-In: 75% of the booking amount. Rescheduling not allowed.
- Less Than 48 Hours Before Check-In: 100% charge. No refunds or rescheduling.
1.3 No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
1.4 Special Event Reservations
Bookings for peak events (New Year’s Eve, Christmas, festivals) are fully non-cancellable and non-reschedulable.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are subject to applicable cancellation charges based on the timeline.
2.2 Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 working days.
2.3 Mode of Refund
Refunds are credited to the original payment method in INR.
3. Rescheduling Policy
3.1 One-Time Free Rescheduling
One-time free rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
3.2 Eligibility
Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days before check-in and within 60 days of original booking.
3.3 Conditions
- Only one reschedule allowed.
- Once rescheduled, booking cannot be cancelled/refunded.
- No rescheduling within 7 days of check-in.
4. Dispute Resolution
For disputes, email bookings@triprodeo.com with subject "Payment/Refund Dispute".
5. Policy Modifications
TripRodeo reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updates will be available on the website.
